LVSM Membership

OK  if you've clicked on this membership link then you're here for one reason: to join the Latrobe Valleys best and biggest street machine car club - the Latrobe Valley  Street Machiners.
The club consists of over 30 members who have a large variety of vehicles, such as daily driven and lightly modified late model vehicles, concourse condition rare and classic vehicles, 10 and 11 sec drag cars, top quality and highly modified street machines, Hot Rods and in fact some members don’t even have a vehicle, they just have a keen interest in street machining and love the social side of the club.
Members meet fortnightly on a Wednesday night at the Twin City Archers Club rooms at Tonners Lane Morwell. We hold club cruises, bbq’s, and social events at different locations, bus trips to big events such as the V8 Supercars and drag racing at Calder Park and attend the big car shows such as the Summernats. Refreshingly, the club is a genuine family orientated club.

Membership to the club costs $40 per annum, this membership entitles you to cheap club merchandise (such as Hats, T Shirts, Polar Fleece Jumpers, Stubby Holders etc), heavily discounted bus trips to events like the V8 Supercars, free entry fees to some of the bigger cars shows that the club attends, free bbq's and food at some of our social events and plenty more.

If you wish to join the club, you can just come along to one of our events or meetings  or attached here is a copy of our membership form that you can fill out and post along with a cheque or money order made out to the Latrobe Valley Street Machiners. LVSM - CLUB PERMITS 
(Club Registration)

Latrobe Valley Street Machiners and it's ACTIVE members, has been authorised by VicRoads to operate under the Club Permit scheme for veteran, classic, historic and street rod vehicles.

What is a Club Permit (Club Registration)?

A club permit allows an unregistered vehicle to be used on a highway during the period specified on the permit.

A club permit allows vehicles to be used

*  in connection with official activities organised by an association approved by VicRoads, such as car rallies, or in the preparation of the vehicle for such activities; or

*  if authorisation for special private use has been granted.

Club Permits are issued for 12 month periods and vehicles are issued with a specific club permit number plate.
